Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Max and Darryl were out to complete the second part of the job from yesterday. Both gentlemen were respectful of the space and explained everything they were doing along the way. It was storming terribly and they stuck it and finished! Both were very knowledgeable and represent the company with pride. The area was clean when they left as well. Thank you!

I had an unfortunate situation where an old, cast iron sewer pipe in the basement started leaking. It was probably 100 years old and rust in time caught up with it. That said, I called Roto-Rooter and they showed up promptly, with a plan on how to rectify the situation. The plumber Kenny was very courteous and helpful, and he and the other individuals that were helping him did a great job doing the repair. That said, the 100-year-old cast iron pipe fought them every step of the way but they were able to be complete the repairs. Thank you very much for all your hard work.

Kenny was my cleaner for Roto - Rooter. Although the price was a bit high for my cleaning and camera inspection, he was extremely professional, thorough with his work and explanations , and very polite at all times. I’m waiting for the camera inspection person to come as well and Trave also explained the sewer backup and cleaning as well. I’m raising 5/5 for the workers and staff but wanted to rate the pricing fairness to only be 3/5. This quote seemed a bit high when compared to local shopping around for services. So 4/5 overall

When we lived down south, we always used RR. I'm trying to set up a toilet problem with her home warranty. It's been 4 weeks, and she is elderly and unable to use the toilet. So she has been down at my house. I called again to warranty today and I was not very nice. Needless to say, I called RR, and the nice lady said he can be there within the hr. Done!! He came, was so nice, polite, and professional. And he had to auger the toilet and he was done in 10 mins. They offer military and senior discounts. I am so glad I called RR. It was a tad expensive but not too bad considering he was here within the hr. I love RR!!

Outstanding attitude and performance.. Michael was awesome. Showed up on time and was extremely pleasant to work with.. And not to mention he worked hard to clear my bathroom sink clog!!!!
