After a malfunction with a sensor during a particularly hot week, Tim Bolden (one of the owners) made sure we had service the next day. They sent Joel, who is the most personable individual to work with. When it turned out not to be a sensor issue and the system had to be replaced, he did the entire job himself! He explained everything fully and even did so with humor, something much needed at the time. Excellent customer service and great technicians!!

Absolutely outstanding service from Colton and Boulden Brothers! When my hot water heater started leaking, I was stressed about the situation, but Colton made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. He arrived promptly, was incredibly professional, and installed the new unit with skill and efficiency. He took the time to explain everything and made sure I was completely satisfied before leaving. On top of his top-notch expertise, we also bonded over our mutual love of video games, which made the whole experience even better. It’s rare to find someone who not only provides excellent service but is also great to chat with. If you need a reliable, knowledgeable, and personable plumber, Colton is the one to call! It’s official! We are Boulden Brothers fans!! First, we met Matt Bowe a couple of days ago who thoroughly presented us with several options to replace our HVAC. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered every question. He was a hit with our cat too! Today Eric, John, and Darrell installed our new HVAC system and we are thrilled! They did a fantastic job.
