John saved the day! Our water tank borke down, so we had no hot water. My husband called ATS. John replaced our old tank with a new tankless system. In the midst of that, discovered we needed a new sump pump installed, John also took care of that. By the way, John was on time, professional and pleasant to do business with. This is our second time using this company. I do recommend them.

Matt came by to do routine AC maintenance, he went above and beyond to fix a condensate pipe (that was was just recently installed) that had inadvertently blocked the air filter panel on the AC unit. He was very professional and explained things thoroughly. Really appreciated how well he did throughout his service, highly recommend!

He was very professional and knowledgeable and was a real pleasure to work with. He was great at explaining things to me in a way I could understand. My daughter had them install a new unit...it was never installed corrected. They did not respond to her calls. But would call for final payment. They sent out 2 repair men to dismantle the unit, then told her to that unless she pays the balance they will not repair the unit. As of today it is still dismantled. Shame on companies that operate as bullies.
