Great experience! Had a mini split AC/Heating unit installed today (7-24-25). My sales guy Tom McClain came out last week and ordered the unit and called a couple days later with an install date. The Tech’s , Danny & Isiah, were prompt knowledgeable and respectful of our home. In all, it took a few hours but 10 minutes after completed, our bedroom was more than cool. I would recommend Horizon Services to all! Thanks guys!!!

called friday to report my a/c was no longer functioning properly.Dennis showed up same day told us the unit was at a point of fix or replace. Wendy Phiel was at our door a few hours later , it is still friday . Very professional and very, very personal. She knows her job , and explained everything and has our new a/c set up for installation tuesday. She left here leaving us thinking of her as somewhere between a daughter and a sister.We have been customers for over a half century (BACK IN THE GIGGER DAYS) and your prompt service and great people has not changed.

The 3 technicians were professional, punctual, knowledgeable, experienced and friendly. The unit is right next to our bedroom wall and cannot be heard. Versus the older unit which was fairly loud. The house is still cooling down so it’s going to take a while to achieve the programmed temperature. The WI-FI thermostat is a real plus.

Exceptional customer service from the sales representative to on-site lead to install technicians. The installation was performed in a very professional and safe manner. I was kept informed throughout the entire process answering any questions that came to mind. They were also able to resolve an issue i was having with excessive noise coming from one of the 2nd floor return vents. I highly recommend this company for all hvac maintenance and service needs.

Michael was professional, knowledgeable and supportive. In February we experienced water damage which left much work and many questions. Michael shared information about the plumbing that allowed us to move forward and have some confidence and more understanding. We ended up spending a little extra money to do more so we could finish the project in a good way.
