Our propane water heater needed to be replaced due to ignition issues internally. Propane heaters are scarce right now but they found one and installed it the same day. Great customer service and professional installation. Highly recommend!

I have made the mistake of hiring the wrong people to do the right jobs, being naive in decisions and research when it comes to plumbing. Handymen are not plumbers; sprinklers and landscapers are not plumbers, and that's where I went wrong. When I called, I was greeted with kindness and understanding as I rambled on. Today Will and Weston showed up as scheduled; they took their time to explain what the problem was and how it could be fixed. They were both courteous, professional, and respectable and explained what they were doing and how long it would take. They did an amazing job, and everything is now working as it should, and the cost was fair with no hard selling. We had such a great experience with these guys!! I will be recommending them to all friends and anyone else!! We had another company no show us, which was very frustrating! But these guys were quick to answer my questions and get out for a quote! They were prompt on the appointment time and able to help us with everything we needed done! We had a list of things we wanted done, from new valves to sink hook ups and water softener install. They came and looked everything over, gave us a fair quote and were able to do everything on the spot! They were so good to walk me through everything and very thorough on making sure everything was installed correctly!! Very knowledgeable and professional! 10/10
