I recently had a mini split system installed. They did a very clean looking install. The technicians were very knowledgeable and professional. They did a great job cleaning up after themselves. They took care of all the permits/inspection arrangements and rebate paperwork. The units work great and put out great heat and cooling. I had a small mechanical issue unrelated to the install after I had the unit for a couple months. They responded to my issue very quickly. They assessed and corrected the problem. I am very happy with this company and I am a very particular/picky customer. Highly recommend them to take care of your heating and cooling needs.

We have an AC unit that is running much better now than it was before service this week, thanks to the work from Elite Comfort Systems. Seth did a good job explaining what we can do to help it run better each day and what we should do to help maintain it each year. We appreciated his thoroughness. The reason we initially contacted Elite was because we had a pool of water in front of the AC unit. We had the same issue last year. When it was repaired by a different company last year, it took four days for someone to come out. And then he charged us $350 for 15 minutes of repair. However, when I called Elite instead of the other company this time, Elite had someone out within two hours, and charged the same amount of money for an entire AC tune up, repair, and service in one. Seth spent three hours getting it all fixed up and working well again. He instilled much more confidence in me about the work and the current condition of my AC unit.

So prompt and friendly! Abby coordinated everything with me through text. This is so helpful in setting up appointments while working. She was also very personable! Hunter was dispatched quickly! He arrived precisely during the hours I was quoted so I could continue working until he arrived. He was professional, thorough and very nice. Explained the repair and the price which was a lot less than I was anticipating. Great service all around that made me feel like a priority!

Great service from a local crew that fixed my AC same day and didn't charge me an arm and a leg, or didn't push me into an over expensive plan that I didn't need. Hunter showed me photos of the condition of my furnace and AC, and was very forthcoming about what he would do and gave me very clear pricing for anything else we wanted to do. These guys are excellent but are a small crew who are honest and don't depend on commissions to push products.
