First Street Plumbing & Heating

Our water heater was leaking from the bottom of our tank and continued to get worse. I contacted our heating and air company and they referred me to First Street Plumbing & Heating. They were knowledgeable from my initial phone call and was able to get someone out to our house same day. Our water heater was replaced that day and we have had no problems since then. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

We’ve never had to hire a plumber before. We were afraid honestly; especially seeing what other people were saying of other plumbers in Idaho Falls, wanting to charge ridiculous prices for parts they can buy for much cheaper on Amazon. Or for wanting to charge, way too much just for looking at whatever issue they had. I looked at comments on Facebook from the Life of Idaho Falls Page to see who people really loved, and I had seen people loved First St Plumbing. So we gave them a shot. I called to ask for estimates after I explained our situation and starting price was great for our budget. Of course we understood things would get pricier if our issue was worse than what we thought if it involved more work. But I trusted the great reviews they had from others. 1st Street Plumbing came by today, and fixed my clogged sink! They replaced parts that were broken, the whole experience was just great! Jackson came out, and talked to my dad about what needed to be done and just did great work! We will definitely recommend them to anyone else who needs a plumber because they were just awesome!! That’s all I can say, no wonder people love them!

Fast and efficient. We called on a Friday evening hoping to get a sink and disposal installed on Monday and they fit us in to a busy day. Super wonderful work with moving/replacing pipes and installation. Will definitely not hesitate to use them for future services!!

Thank you for your professionalism, great service and taking such good care of us. No matter who I was communicating with they were helpful, honest, and made us feel like a priority not an inconvenience. We had an emergency over the weekend. A different company came and presented a flat rate to fix and made it sound complicated and “who knows what we’ll find.” I knew better and tried to remember who we had helped us 2 yrs ago. It was First Street Plumbing! Jason was excellent. He fixed our problem easily and like I expected, the amount hundreds less than the flat rate.

First Street Plumbing is my go to for any and all plumbing questions and solutions. No matter how small my problem is, they treat me with the same respect as they have for bigger issues. Tom has patiently answered and solved more than one odd problem, since my home is very old, so it has its quirks. My last visit was taken care of by Colton, and he was great! I really appreciate their knowledge and professionalism. Highly recommend!
