First Call Jewel Heating Cooling Plumbing & Electrical

I had a really positive experience with a heat pump/ductless mini split install that was done today. I worked with Matt, Zane, and Jacob (Jacob did the install) - everyone was great. The equipment is running smoothly and so quiet - I’m really pleased. The price is in the higher end of the normal range, but was totally good there, and the service to go with it was really, really good. Communication was timely, everyone reached out to let me know what was underway, when they would arrive, etc. My experience was quite positive and I’m happy to recommend them. — (Unlike another large company in the area who came to my house to bid on central air, First Call Jewell actually measured each room, sun exposure through the year, windows, the size and capacity of existing ducts and returns, etc. and legitimately determined the volume and capacity of equipment needed and offered a range of options. The other company just turned a laminated page and said “it will cost $x.”) First Call Jewel appropriately determined the size of the needed equipment, offered a range of options, did everything as they said they would, and communicated all along the way. I ended up doing a part of the possible scope of the job, and may yet do the rest. It came out great. Again - I’m happy to give my recommendation. Totally pleased.

We just got a full central heat and air conditioning system installed and my wife and I could not be more pleased! Jon and Curtis did an amazing job installing every piece in a neat and professional way. They were polite, respectful, and honest throughout the whole job, and they were very easy to work with and to communicate with! We also had great interactions with David, Tim, Devin, and Clint. Everyone at First Call Jewel is a knowledgeable expert in their field. The whole system installation was definitely pricey, but I believe we have gotten the best final product we could have asked for. If there was one thing that could be better, it would be to include replacing the drywall at the end of the job. I understand why it's not included, but I think for the price it should be. I was made aware of what we were getting from the beginning so I can't hold it against them. Thank you to the whole team, and thank you Jon!

May 2025: A positive experience with Ryan discussing options for deck mounted tub fixtures. Very personable and a can-do attitude with a difficult job. Work is pending Winter 2024: The tech did diagnostic at reasonable price and was personable and knowledgeable about my boiler. He expressed that he wanted to do what was best for me. I felt no pressure. He will send me a bid on my options going forward. I Would highly recommend.

I have been using Jewel for many years now and I can honestly say I have never ever had a bad experience with them. The company and their employees are experienced, highly trained technicians, courteous, and trustworthy. Very professional every single one of them. Believe me you won’t be disappointed with this company.

Jewel Electric came and fixed our A/C! They were kind friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient! We highly recommend!! And we are so happy for relief from the heat. Update it ended up malfunctioning again a couple hours later- of course after hours. I was worried about contacting them so they knew it wasn’t all the way fixed and they sent out another technician charge free that evening - Kyle. He was very kind, friendly, knowledgeable , and cheerful also. He ultimately fixed the A/C! We are happy with jewel and will use them again but hopefully not anytime soon! Haha
