I want to leave a great review for Ralph, who replaced two faucets for my sister in Austin. Before calling Ralph, we spoke with a couple of other plumbers who wouldn't give us a price for the work until they showed up, even though we already had the new faucets ready. Ralph, on the other hand, gave us a clear price over the phone and stuck to it, even though the job turned out to be a bit tricky because the plumbing was old.
