Great service. Our service Tech, Michael B., was awesome. He was a courteous and friendly. He quickly diagnosed our A/C issue and repaired it once he had the parts. He gave me a thorough explanation of the services he performed, recommend other services and programs Standbrothers offered. He identified upgrades to units that would save electric costs since mine were on the older side. He set me up for their maintenance program which actually reduced my overall bill. That's true customer service. I highly recommend Strandbrothers.

This was the first time we used Strand Brothers and we will definitely only call them moving forward. They understood our urgent situation and were very communicative from start to finish. The tech who came to help us was Christhian and he couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. He let us know everything he was doing, was very thorough and very quick. Called Strand for AC service based on their rating in Williamson County Best Picks Report. Showed up the same day I called. Turned out that the system needed to be replaced. Their assessment included identifying a number of significant installation issues with the original system which no other service provider has brought to my attention over the years. Very honest, all findings supported by pictures. AC System is cooling better than it has ever worked in this house and is highly efficient. In addition, the installation was timely, quick and very professional. Technicians were very pleasant to work with and even wore shoe covers when they came inside. I highly recommend their services. I wanted to follow-up on the second phase of my A/C replacement which was the extension of the supply side of the system. Three technicians Eddy, Juan and Jesus showed up on time and worked diligently to install a supply side extension. The work was neat and professional. As a result, we have noticed an increase in the system air flow output. Again, I highly recommend Strand for A/C and heating repair and installation.

Strand Brothers service is wonderful. I called with an issue and got service the same day. During the investigation, Chase and Michael C. were very thorough and talked us through the issues and provided us options of how to proceed. I know moving forward we are in great hands with our units.
