I could not be happier with the service is received. When making the appointment, they were wonderful. Explained hiw everything would work on the day of service and what to expect. They arrived exactly when they said they would and had provided a picture of the gentleman that would be showing up at my house. The plumber was friendly and easy to talk to. He explained everything to me and had everything working good as new within a few minutes. T.O. plumbing is the only company I will use in the future. Thank you for the wonderful experience that was VERY budget friendly.

Our technician Richard was amazing! Very professional, friendly, efficient, and transparent about everything they were doing. Office staff were also very nice and helpful! My brother-in-law was doing work under the house Tuesday and noticed a leak in the plumbing under the kitchen. I called TO Plumbing Wednesday and they were able to schedule someone to come out Friday the same week. This morning (Friday) the office called to let me know the guys would be there soon and Richard and Elijah came just a few minutes later. They quickly identified the problem and let me know the office would send an estimate for the work. Less than 90 minutes later we had a quote and the office called us again and said they could schedule them to come out in the afternoon today! Richard was delightful to work with and made sure everything was fixed properly. We had to have a whole new line run and some additional work done under the sink + the washer. During each step of the process Richard explained what he was doing and had us check the work. There were some issues with the washer that made them have to unexpectedly replace the galvanized pipe up to the roof but they did not charge more than the quote saying they leave room in the estimate for the unexpected so they don’t have to charge extra and can lower the price if it’s not needed. Overall extremely happy with TO plumbing. They really gave us peace of mind.

T.O. Plumbing did an excellent job in diagnosing our plumbing problem and fixing it promptly. They had to replace our main sewage pipe, and they were able to complete the job in one day at a reasonable price. They communicated very well and were very professional.
