Because when the plumber left the situation was worse than when they got to my residence. The owner Chris called my wife, my daughter, and me liars. Rachel was rude and called us liars. Chris told my daughter "We were taking away from his technicians," by asking for a refund because the work wasn't done. Chris said "we have lost a plumber for life." This is not how you do business especially after I had been a customer for over 10 years. We were told that we denied access to our home and backyard. Finally the second female person had no customer service skills by calling my daughter "Honey" and informing my daughter the female had been doing customer service for 30 years.

Unhappy because we paid for them to come fix a plumbing issue. It wasn't fixed all the way because they needed a camera they didn't have with them. I was being charged by the hour $189 and didn't want them calling and waiting for someone to bring the camera. I was told we could make another appointment at the $189 an hour plus the $275 camera fee. Documentation they left even said they couldn't do anymore due to not having proper equipment. Reached out to them via email and phone (over a week ago now) and never received a reply. Our experience wasn't great and we feel like we paid for something that wasn't taken care of.

Great company Tony & Anthony are two great mechanics nothing that they can't install and or repair. Reliable, courteous, clean and professional. Would use yes one hundred percent.

Our property management company had Solid Plumbing come out to take care of our toilets, so I can't speak to pricing, but we were very pleased with their work. Dispatch was very friendly and got us on the schedule the next morning. Our plumber, David, called to let us know he had finished up his previous job early and to see if we were available for him to start work. He was very courteous, friendly, communicative, and efficient. We have working toilets again and are very grateful. Thank you!

Solid plumbing was a company I hadnt used before but I had an emergency with my house flooding and they were just the fourth one I could contact. They were the first ones who could get out to my house in about 15 minutes where I was quoted 5-6 hours minimum from other companies. They diagnosed the problem, called the city on my behalf, and had excellent customer service. They told me if the city didn’t fix the problem to call them back. The city didn’t and they came back out with not one person but two. Johnny and Kenny were absolutely amazing. They coordinated with the city on my behalf, spoke to them, and stayed until the city fixed the problem. They have extremely reasonable and fair rates with EXCEPTIONAL customer service. They followed up with me the next day to ensure things still were going okay. They made a customer out of me with their dedication to the customer going above and beyond what they had to do. Cannot recommend them enough!!
