Adam was out at my investment property today to resolve an AC issue that my tenant was having. He called me when he said that he would and was so incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to explain every part of the situation to me and go over what my options were. I was very happy and impressed with his service and level of professionalism. Today we had the pleasure of being serviced by Adam. He was very helpful with letting us know what was going on with our air conditioner and handled everything in a very professionally manner. He went above and beyond to fix everything that needed to be fixed. His partner Josh was in training and was also very polite and helpful. Wanting to get to the root of our issues Adam called in Emily and the “Guy with the Good Hair” to come to our rescue also. As a team they were all very helpful and knowledgeable. I give each person a 10/10 and highly recommend AllTech to everyone in need of a good professional Hvac company!!!!!!
Adam from Alltech was extremely helpful. We had a heating issue and another service had shut our system down and red tagged it after working on it. I contacted Alltech and Adam came out to give it a look. He spent about three hours working through the system and meticulously recording what he found in pictures. After servicing and restoring the system he visited with us in great detail - including pictures and CO readings - about what he found. Best of all he fixed the system for considerably less than other quotes we had. He also recommended updating we may need to do in the future. No pressure and very helpful.
We have been working with our HVAC system for years to maintain and repair it to bring it back to life, but knew we needed to upgrade it soon. On our last call, Joey S. not only took the time to tell us what our repair options were, but the longevity of the system and explain every issue. He was the epitome of professional and patient through it all, and we will request him as our main technician from now on. When we decided that a whole new system would be best because of Joey and he set us up with Emily, she went through all the options, explaining each choice and step while making herself available through the whole process. We already use this company for our plumbing needs, so it's so refreshing to know when we find ourselves in any jam, AllTech will be there not just to help, but to ensure we are taking care of right.
