Pippin Brothers is my favorite maintenance company to go to! They are all so friendly from the time I called to schedule my appointment to the technician that comes out to solve the issue! Very fast and reliable company. They even send out promotions in the mail where you can get up to $50 off a service which really helped me!

They came out to the business the same day I called and promptly got back to when they could come do the job. Worked efficiently and as quiet as possible. Got it done in a very timely manner. Shane was great! Highly recommend. We will be contacting them again for future business.

Dustin Curtis came by today to do an annual A/C check. Before he started his work, I told him I wanted to speak with him about my bedroom being too warm in summer and too cold in winter. I suggested maybe adding another vent to the room. He said that was possible and said I might also consider updating my windows. Although I know he has other people to see, he was patient with me and did not try to rush me. When I was finished, he said he would prepare an estimate for adding a vent, before he left, which he did. I know I added at least 30 minutes to his stop, but he didn't seem concerned with that. He wanted to address my problem, which he did. Good service. Thank you.

Dustin and Robert did an excellent job this morning. The AC air handler fan was not coming and they where able to find the issue quickly. Had the part on hand, installed and tested the unit. Everything is working as it should. Excellent team and will always be using them for my HVAC and plumbing needs. Thank you guys for all you do.
