One of the few times I've had the pleasure of having someone work on my home with respect, punctuality, and empathy. A great person and very clean in his work. He took the time to explain what was happening with my kitchen plumbing. I recommend him 100%.

Shafer is great! Sergio was amazing! I have no complaints at all. I didn’t pay anything for the visit, due to a membership, but I highly recommend Shafer. Don’t forget to look into the membership services. Very knowledgeable and communication is excellent!

I had a great experience with Dustin, who came to check out my AC unit. He was incredibly professional, kind, and respectful throughout the entire visit. What really stood out was how informative he was, he took the time to explain what he was doing and even taught me a few helpful tips about how to maintain the unit. That kind of care and transparency goes a long way. Highly recommend!

Diego inspected the slow drip from our upstairs sink (1 faucet of a double sink setup) and turned off the water to that sink. He was very clear (taking photos & showing them to me) as he explained our options about addressing the cartridge and/or the faucet system. Diego was very helpful by looking up the Brand of the faucet and discussed possible costs of replacing specific parts. Diego is very pleasant to work with. He even asked how things were going regarding our recent work done at our home.

Sergio was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He took time to explain the process and steps he would be taking to flush the tanks. He also gave me a great rate for both of my tankless heaters.
