My house was hit by lightening on April 23, 2025. Elmers came out to assess my damage and do an estimate for repairs. They were one of three companies I called to get estimates for my insurance company. Elmers, by far, were the nicest. Randy explained everything to me as to what would need to be done, the approx length of time, etc. As I had a small fire in the garage the city would need to permit my repairs and bring everything up to code. The permit from CPS took 3 1/2 weeks to be approved but Memorial weekend took up some of that time. Going into it Randy said it could take two or three weeks once CPS received the permit request. Elmers showed up early on their first day of repairing service to be sure they would be 'on site' when CPS came to turn off the electrical to my house. FYI, The CPS men were great. Very helpful and respectful. Elmers started on the outside panel where power travels from the pole to my house. They worked non stop from 7:30 am to 4:00pm to get the new panel re-wired and the box replaced. The guys didn't take a break. They even ate their lunch while they worked!! Travis was amazing!! He deserves a raise or maybe a big Christmas bonus? Randy (also the supervisor) again came by to check on things. Could he answer any questions? Did his guys anything additional or need anything at all? I know they appreciated his stopping by. The next day they again arrived at 7:30am to get started on the garage panel. I had three electrical boxes in the garage from 1973/1974 when the house was built, but now I would have only one upgraded/updated panel and box. Travis' completion of both the outside panel and garage panel is a work of art. He did an amazing job. It is organized, so very neat and clean. And..., they labeled all the breakers for me too. My experience could not have been any better than it was. I can and have recommended Elmers Home Services. To Travis and all the men who came out to my house: I appreciate each and every one of you. It was hot and humid. Thank you for working very hard and your thoughtfulness.

Last week our AC unit went out and we didn’t know what to do. I called Elmers and they were quick to respond and came immediately. Diego and his team did a thorough job, I highly recommend them. Diego did a great job of communicating, explaining, and was very thorough. He showed us all of our options and was very transparent the entire time. Diego, Justin and the rest of the team were respectful, hard working and got the job done. I appreciate their attention to detail and I will definitely be using them for any future needs and recommending this company and Diego to friends and family.

Shaq & Arnaldo. Would I recommend Elmer’s and this guys again! For sure, they came did the assessment to a water leaking unit, was beyond repairable, so we ordered a new one (financed it) and in a few hours I was back on track with hot water. They were friendly, honest and they’d did the job and explained to me every step and all of the things that they replaced to put it up to code. Thanks guys for a great job

Top notch. We passed by them while they were working on a house down the road. Same day they came and ran a camera down the drain. The techs name was Jonathan. Very professional. Very respectful. Showed me everything he was seeing on camera. They were actually a second option on a quote we received a couple months ago. These guys offered so much more. Make it so much easier. The issue we are dealing with are real issues. But the different level of options to make it happen, the tech coming after working a long day in the Texas heat, and beating out the other’s company with warranty, matched pricing, I felt like I had to leave a review. I do not do these reviews until I cross guys like these. Out here working hard to provide and to be of service to other families. That goes a long way with me and my family!

My parents had Elmer's come out to do some work, turns out they'll be needing a whole new system. They had a bad evaporator coil, an older system, and surely needed replacing. Mark educated them in what was going on thoroughly which helped them in making their decision. We are thankful and trust Elmer's, we appreciate that you all have great knowledgeable staff.
