We recently had our AC unit replaced and had a great experience from start to finish. The initial technician who came out to assess the issue (I unfortunately forgot his name) was 100% on point—thorough, honest, and extremely helpful in walking us through our options. When it came time for the installation, Daniel Castillo did an outstanding job. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He made sure everything was installed properly and took the time to answer all of our questions. The new unit is working perfectly, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this company—top-notch service all around!

The gentleman that arrived for the assessment and repair of my AC (Mr. Jorge Gutierrez) was outstanding. His Customer Service was top notch, beyond just being friendly. He explained everything that he was doing and before conducting any tests, he would explain what is ideal and what are the limits regarding what he was looking at. Beyond my initial call, I had some follow up questions which he was more than happy to answer and explain. Upon further review, there were some additional issues found (not the “go in for oil change, now you need a new transmission” type of issue), but which helped to clarify the situation and for which he provided several suggestions on how we could move forward. I am an extremely cheap person but my family’s health and well being is first and foremost. And when you’ve got two girls and a wife who absolutely hate the heat (and here in Texas we get plenty of that), their happiness is my happiness (in more ways than one). So with Mr. Gutierrez’ explanations and suggestions in front of me, I made a decision which despite the cost, I feel comfortable and satisfied with. I’ve got his Contact info as well as his Supervisor (Carlos), so if anything comes up in the future or if there’s additional projects I’d like to have done in my home, I’ll definitely be requesting him personally. Good Customer Service is terribly undervalued. GREAT customer service is almost unheard of nowadays. That above all, when paired with truly quality work will always ensure not only a return customer, but also brand loyalty.

Goettl was quick to send someone out next day to provide a free estimate for removing and replacing my water heater that went out. Jerry offered several options, thanked me as an educator by applying a discount to my bid, and presented great warranty coverage as well as maintenance. After considering other bids as well, I did schedule with Goettl and they were able to get someone out same-day on a Saturday to complete the job. Greg and Rudy came out and took care of everything efficiently. They communicated every step of the way. They explained everything once installed and then answered any questions I had before cleaning up and leaving.

Our AC went out and Miguel from Goettl came to the rescue! He was professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough in explaining the issue and the repair process. He worked quickly to get everything running again and made sure we were comfortable before leaving. You can tell he truly cares about his work and his customers. We’re so thankful for his excellent service—highly recommend Miguel and the Goettl team

This was my first time using this company, and I was fortunate to have Jeremy as the A/C service technician. From start to finish, he was professional, courteous, and thorough. He quickly diagnosed the problem and clearly explained the solutions, even though they were unfortunately outside my budget. What stood out most was that his professionalism and positive demeanor never changed, regardless of the circumstances. I truly appreciate his time, effort, and respectful approach during the visit.
