Micheal arrived on time. He was very professional and courteous. We told him we were in the market for a new water softener today and want to know what his company had in stock, the cost and estimate time for the installation. He provided with all the information I’ve asked for and more. Job was installed today. We now have an Excalibur water softener. He cleaned up any mess he had made. The old water softener unit was also hauled away. It was an effortless installation. Thank you Aramendia for making this painless.

Update Mark Bernal and Rodney put in a new system. I’m grateful. They turned some of the wrong to right . The new management will be doing better for their customers. Now they need to be open that you are signing a lease and it is not ownership. Gave 3 star since it took years to fix. Yes we signed a contract but we were told by the sales guy after we pay the full lease we own the system. Well that was a lie. So after paying 25000 for the AC we are told we still owe. They seem very caring and considerate so I bought or again leased a water softener as well and again told at end we will own. So we were screwed over twice.. Sharing photos to show what a crappy job they did what they feel is $40000 worth.

Today we had Armendia’s crew of two very knowledgeable , experienced and kind plumbers take away our old Water Heater and install a new one. These capable workers took time to explain why we needed to get rid of our 19 year old Water Heater filled with crystalized calcium. Our water in the house stopped delivering warm and hot water. Now we are happy with our new upgraded water heater system. We highly recommend Aramendia.

Aramendia installed my AC system in 2019 and it was running great all these years except yesterday when it stopped working. I called Aramendia and explained everything and they sent two, yes, two Technicians within an hour! Paul arrived first and assessed the system, checked the filter and replaced it with a new filter that I provided and told me the drain line needed to be cleared. Then the second Technician, Oscar, arrived and was took over and Paul left. Both Gentlemen were polite and professional. Oscar explained everything he was doing, explained how the problem occurred and answered all my questions. Wonderful job, Oscar! Thank you Aramendia and Oscar!

I had no relationship with any plumbing company, but I moved to a new home and found a sticker on the water heater for Aramendia. I called for an inquiry for no hot water. Fred came to service the hot water, but I also purchased a water softener. He was great! I look forward to a long relationship with Armendia in the future.
