Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning

My new AC went out after a storm 7/10/25 and was only 2 yrs old. It had been installed by another company and when I called to determine the warranty, that company said I no longer had a warranty because I had paid off the financed loan (it required a lien on my house!). In addition, they wouldn’t be able to help me for 4 days! Thankfully I found Service Experts online and was able to schedule an appointment right away! They came out and the indoor temp was over 100 degrees. The guys quickly found the problem and fixed it quickly - the temp dropped 20 degrees in minutes! These guys were the best! So professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I was able to sleep so well last night and I appreciate the technicians so much!

We had Hayes come out and fixed our drain line pretty quick and easy didn’t take him long he was very nice and sweet. Pretty tall guy 😂 but really appreciated his kindness and help. Thank u Hayes! We will call again if we need anything now we can be cool for the rest of summer .

Roger was great. He is very respectful and took the time with my 94 year old mother to make sure she understood how to work the system. And he had patience while she was trying to tell him stories while he was working.

I had an excellent experience with my installation of my AC and furnace system. The installation was done by Fredrick, Omar and Caryl. They did a great job even with the heat of the day.
