Great same day service, could not have asked for a smoother process in a bad situation. Donnie with Same Day Water Heaters showed up in just and few hours after I made the appointment and came well prepared to complete the job. Very professional and knowledgeable with the code requirements for the installation. Really appreciate the job well done.

Celerino did a great job installing a replacement garbage disposal. He was quick and efficient, and it was obvious he knew exactly what he was doing. He also did a good job cleaning up everything after the job was done. I also appreciated the fact that he first did some troubleshooting to make sure there really was a problem with the old garbage disposal in case I really didn't need the new one and could return it; however, it was definitely dead and needed to be replaced. The price for this using a Home Depot installer was definitely more reasonable than if I had used a local plumbing company.

Technician Adam Raza arrived exactly on schedule, completed the installation of my new garbage disposal and drained my water heater for a small additional fee. I was happy he offered as mine had not been drained in several years. He did a great job on both projects and I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.

Scott and his assistant did an excellent job of installing our heat pump hot water heater, which is working like a charm. Their installation was neat, they left no waste, and they were interesting and fun to talk to! Both thumbs up!

Horrible experience. Charged $8.5k for 2 tankless installs. They have ZERO experience with Rinnai. Took 4 visits, claimed the units were defective twice, had to remove and reinstall, ruined our walls, then used a wood plank to cover it. We had to get a different company to reinstall the units properly and redo all the pipes. No accountability for their work, not sure why Home Depot will risk their reputation recommending this company!
