I had a great experience with an after-hours AC repair in the middle of summer. David was so great to work with! He arrived shortly after I called and was able to diagnose my AC issue promptly. He thoroughly explained the problem in familiar terms. He inspected my AC system as well and I appreciated how transparent he was about recommendations to prolong the life of my AC in the future. Ross is probably the best daggon technician that has ever stepped foot in this house since I bought it 6 years ago. Flawless and very thorough execution, amazing attitude, just overall great work. SALT itself was also an easy company to schedule and work with. Great customer service and communication. The price was a little steep, but it was an after hours call on the weekend so that was to be expected. Still cheaper than other places I called. Would def use again.

Felix with Salt did a great job addressing and troubleshooting a very complex plumbing issue. Not only did he get to the root cause but he thoroughly investigated and checked every aspect of the home once his work was done to ensure the job was done right. He was professional and diligent, even taking the time to walk me through the mechanics of the tankless system and showing me how it all works. Can’t say enough about Salt and Felix; highly recommend!

When our A/C motor died, we called another company that we had used for years, but service was awful. So after four days of melting and still waiting for that company to finish the job, we canceled them and called SALT. Aidan Good and an associate came out within hours. Aidan took care of our concerns and SALT was able to get the necessary part much more quickly. Today Aidan completed the repair. We appreciate his and the company's professionalism and attention to our needs. We definitely will use SALT again for future home repair needs.
