RW Heating, Air, Plumbing, and Electrical

I really like RW. I personally like to try and save money by doing things myself to cut costs. They worked with me from helping purchase the best system in terms of cost and efficiency to helping me be proactive in doing some of the removal and installation myself to save money. They completed the installation and got things up and running in a timely manner. I couldn't be happier with the way things turned out. Now it's cool summers and warm winters. Whether you want to be personally involved or let them handle it from start to finish, I would highly recommend RW!

I had previously given this company a positive review, praising its reliability and trustworthiness. However, my experience in March 2025 was far from satisfactory. Fast forward to August 2025, and my AC overflowed due to clogged pipes that clearly hadn’t been serviced. Additionally, I had other issues with my AC that had not been addressed. My hot water heater also stunk, indicating that it hadn’t been serviced either. When I called the company, it took three attempts to get a response. I left several messages, and finally, I received a response from the owner five days later. (To be fair, I started calling on Friday, and I understand that they don’t work on weekends. However, this was an emergency as water was leaking from my ceiling, and I didn’t receive a response until Tuesday.) The owner’s response was dismissive and unapologetic. He claimed that the issues weren’t their fault and refused to pay for any repairs. I wasn’t even asking him to pay for repairs; I was simply requesting a reimbursement for the service that they clearly didn’t provide in March. There’s more to the story, but that’s the gist of it. I would never recommend this company. Their service is terrible, and their customer service is even worse. I plan to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well.

This company was assigned to me by my warranty company and they were very prompt and courteous! Also with them having so many different types of work available I've been able to see how their a/c team and plumbing team work. I even called the a/c team out for a yearly service since they did such a good job and had such a good rate. The plumber was great too especially with explaining what my warranty would and wouldn't cover so I would know what I needed to invest and do on my own so I didn't waste my time and money with a warranty service call that wouldn't end up paying out. Overall I'm very pleased and would definitely recommend anyone to give them a call!

Technician Shawn King came out to my home looked in the HVAC closet for 1 minute then went outside to the condenser for 1 minute then told me he was going to the truck to write up a quote(never said anything other than that) I waited on him to bring the quote back to my door instead he left it in my mailbox and drove off. Maybe because I’m black and live in orange mound he racially judged me. Little do he know is that this is a rental property that I’m fixing up to rent. Because of Shawn I wouldn’t dare do business with this Racist company. To the owner be mindful of who you hire to represent your company. *RESPONSE* I won’t go back and forth. I experienced what I experienced. My rental property doesn’t have a doorbell I sat right by the door didn’t hear a knock. My phone never rang it was in my hand the whole time. You all can fix this situation up to make it suit your company and professionalism, however first impressions are lasting impressions. By all means stick by your employee and I’m sticking to that fact that his character was short of professional and he exemplifies racism.

Our unit was purchased brand new over a year ago. Well the air went out and they stated that the parts are free but we must pay for labor....They want to charge half the price of the new unit. This seems like price gauging to me. I will not recommend them to anyone. We also paid a service fee to come out and check.
