He explained that the old pump was no longer working and efficiently installed the new one in the sump pit. We were very happy that our sump pump problem was fixed so fast. Later, Edward came out to repair our leaking faucet. He was very tidy and careful while working, and even arrived a bit early, which was a pleasant surprise. He replaced the faulty hose on our pull-out faucet, and now there are no more leaks. We can use the faucet just like new again. We really appreciate the great work and attention to detail. I had a big plumbing problem with our basement backing up because of the septic tank. At first, a plumber tried to fix it by snaking the pipes, but the backup kept happening. We even thought we might need to replace the main drain line going from the house to the septic, which would have cost a lot. The septic tank wasn’t full, so they were able to do a full inspection and made sure the tank and the distribution box weren’t the issue. They used a high-quality camera to look inside the main drain line, and that’s when they found where the line split off and likely where the clog still was. The next step is for the plumber to come back and re-snake the spot that’s still blocked. If this works, Josiah and Edward will have saved me a ton of money by not having to dig up and replace the main line, which wouldn’t have solved the issue anyway.
