I can't say enough good things about 3 Mountains Plumbing! They recently replaced the main water line at my home, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Chris, Sean, and Eli did fantastic work — not only was the quality of their work top-notch, but they also took the time to explain the entire process to me. They regularly checked in to make sure I was comfortable and happy with how everything was going. I really appreciated their friendliness, knowledge, and professionalism throughout the project. A special shoutout as well to Lauren, who took the extra step to inspect our ground wiring and ensure everything was in perfect working order. This is the 3rd or 4th time I've used 3 Mountains Plumbing for various home repairs, and they continue to exceed my expectations. I will absolutely continue to rely on them in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy, skilled, and customer-focused plumbing team.

After being quoted by Apolo Plumbing that my faulty sewer injector pump needed replacement for $7,600 (and that was after paying $453 for a diagnosis too!) I called 3 Mountains Plumbing to get a second opinion. They came out the next day and quickly diagnosed that the pump had a teathered float switch that needed replaced and not the entire pump! 3MP picked up the part same day and installed it for $963!!! I’m impressed with how easy it was to talk to the tech and they spent enough time to explain it to me. Also gave me a senior citizen discount!!! Also giving a shout out and 5 stars to Dre Jarzombek, the technician.

Colin K. did a great job! He sussed out the problem, gave me a couple of different alternatives, got the parts that he needed but didn’t have, and did the whole job that day, all with a great attitude. He was a pleasure to have in my home. Update: I needed to use them again, about a month later. Brandon Taylor did excellent work, and was polite and easy to work with. He diagnosed the issue quickly and did the repair even quicker and was very pleasant. I have to also give a shout out the their excellent online scheduling service. The toilet broke on Friday evening, after hours. I was able to go online and grab an appointment for Monday that evening without have to wait for Monday business hours to call them. It was a weight off my mind that weekend, knowing I was all scheduled and ready to go for Monday.

We had 3 Mountains Home Services out for a major plumbing issue. They came the next day and right on time. They were very thorough and fixed our problem completely. Very efficient and friendly. The part I was really impressed with was the price! It was so reasonable. We were very happy with our whole experience and would highly recommend them.

Andrey was a great communicator and made quick work of uninstalling our ancient water heater and replacing with professional grade unit. He was thorough and clear with pricing options & spent extra time detailing why our new unit would help take some pressure off our PVC plumbing pipes. 3 Mountains is responsive and reliable & I really appreciate that I can get on their books so quickly.
