We had an emergency in the kitchen, when a 47 year old hot water shut-off valve crumbled and broke open, and spewed hot water into the room. After I shut the main water supply and while we cleaned up, I called Cornel (based on having read good reviews). They recognized that this was an emergency, and got one of their techs here in less than an hour. The young professional introduced himself, spent some time assessing the situation, and then sat down with us and clearly outlined the options. We decided to replace all 3 shut-offs (hot, cold, and dishwasher) and then have him replace the existing faucet with one we had recently purchased, and he completed the job within two hours. He gave us an itemized quote, which we found to be reasonable, considering the condition of the existing plumbing. We’re very pleased with the professionalism and quality of the work. We’ll be looking to Cornel for other projects, hopefully of the preventive variety.

Kevin was absolutely the BEST and he helped us get three toilets installed and fixed our kitchen sink. Such a consummate professional and all around good person. Juan also did an exceptional job! I really valued his expertise and problem solving. I will absolutely continue to use Cornell for all of my plumbing needs.

Arturo came out and serviced our Heat Pump and air conditioner was extremely professional and did an outstanding job. Had the original installers come in last year and there was no comparison in the work. I would definitely recommend Cornell’s plumbing and Arturo to anyone. I felt a job was so good that I personally called management to give him a shout out on the excellent job and work he does
