Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

A rogue tech dropped our job and quit on the spot, Roto Rooter went above and beyond to make it right. They sent out another tech with a field supervisor immediately, and were able to remedy a really tricky situation by the next morning with Justin’s knowledge and skilled experience. Roto Rooter absolutely did the right thing to remedy a situation they had little control over going south. Seriously, this company did the right thing. That’s rare. Brandon, Tyler, and Justin (Baby J his nickname?) were absolute rockstars! I couldn’t be happier with their customer service, work ethic and character. Thank you Roto Rooter for employing such great people, and to the manager, Thank you, my family appreciated everything more than you know!

I'm editing this review and changing it from 2 to 5 stars because the response from management was quick and genuine and fully resolved. In addition to the correction we have needed their services again, this time without any issues or extra charges. They were professional, quick, and efficient and we wont be worried about using them in the future. "While we did appreciate the availability of a technician to come out within a couple hours to an admittedly rural location, the technician that did respond was incredibly unprofessional in regards to talking with us, 2 women, while on the property. They injected their self into any conversation they could overhear, and we found ourselves navigating needing the problem resolved and discomfort at humoring his unsolicited involvement in our goings on with the most uncomfortable "jokes" being made by him by the end of it. It also seemed that he wasn't super competent with troubleshooting the issues and spent a lot of time on the phone with a supervisor or someone while we could overhear his not knowing what to do. Luckily the clog was eventually found and resolved, but not without a lot of awkward and uncomfortable interactions."

We originally had a bad experience, but after letting the company know, Justin coordinated a new technician to come out ASAP to fix the issue. Maq had our drain fixed in 15 minutes flat and was super kind and courteous in the process. I can't tell you how grateful I am to be able to use my bathtub again! Thank you to the team for not only making things right but also ensuring a pleasant experience.

We recently had an amazing experience with Landon coming out to do some pluming work in our house. He is what you always want to see when you have customers service working with a smile on his face! He was fast and answered all the questions we had without making us feel like we were bothering him. We appreciate the good work!

Unexpected sewer backup issues. Over the course of three days, Roto Rooter team of eight sewer expert crew came to my house, spent hours locating the problem, removing a toilet to clear the clog, diagnosing the need for a 2-way sewer access rather than the current 1 way, follow their cameras to determine the best location to add the 2 way, got permits, had the local utilities come color code all underground areas to avoid, send a team of 6 excavation experts to remove a lovely rhododendron and dig a trench down to the existing sewer pipe, add the 2 way access to above ground level, power wash both directions of sewer pipes, refill the trench dirt and power wash the dirt/mud from my front stairs, street and my neighbors plus took away the roots and tree parts. The Manager came back on day three, ran his camera down the new 2 way to examine for any remaining problems. They were polite, as tidy as they could be and worked extremely well as a team. Although I hope to never have to see them again, I was extremely pleased with their work and efficiency. We kept them supplied with cold drinks and break in the shade around the pool. Having 3 toilets and two showers backed up to overflowing WHILE having company at my house, was NOT pleasant but it is finished!! I will leave them a Google review as well. Nothing says pleasure like a functioning bathroom! Crew included Leo, Baby Justin, Big Justin, Cody, Dustin, Harley, Christian and Francisco!!!!
