Woodward Heating, Air & Plumbing

We were very impressed with the prompt emergency service when our air conditioner started leaking water into our home. Woodward took our call on a Sunday evening and the technician, Casey, arrived promptly at 8am the next morning. He quickly diagnosed the problem which was a blocked drain pipe. He fixed it quickly and added some tablets to help prevent the pipe from getting blocked again. We have been using Woodward since we moved into our home in 2018 and this is the latest example of their superior service.

Alex is friendly, honest and reliable! We take note that he is the one we want to do service for us. He is informative and we are satisfied with his answers to our questions about plumbing. Thanks, Alex, for doing an excellent job in flushing our water heater and checking safety even the natural gas. Thanks also for introducing Halo filtration.

Our heat pump/ac went out during the 90 degree weather this week called Woodward because they installed the system 17 years ago. Was able to get a next day appointment. The technician Jeff arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and genuinely loved his job. Fixed our problem as he explained each step. This is why we will always choose Woodward heating and cooling!

When my HVAC system went down, I called Woodward's and they dispatched Max Hyatt. Max arrived promptly at the designated time and got right to work. He was able to quickly find the problem, and he went well beyond that and found some wiring that had been deteriorating which could have contributed to the problem, and said he could go ahead and replace that as well. He replaced my capacitor and went through my unit (4-ton Goodman heat pump), and before long he had it up and running, producing nice cool air once again. Max was congenial and a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable and a skilled technician. I would highly recommend Woodward and in particular Max Hyatt to any of my friends. The price of the repair was reasonable and the service was excellent.

Alex was great. He is kind, respectful, informed and a very hard worker. He made sure we knew exactly what he was doing and ran us through it all again after he was done. We’ve been very happy with the work we’ve had done with Woodward.
