Michael and Nathan were great! The process of getting a quote, followed by the installation of two toilets, went very smoothly and successfully. I appreciated the timely follow-through and the very professional and customer-focused work that was done. Shawn was also great! He seemed very knowledgeable and very satisfactorily addressed the two (minor) concerns I had following the installation of the two toilets. I really appreciated the prompt follow-up and care I received as a Sun Glow customer.

He did an outstanding job. He allowed me to talk and I talked a little too long. But he was a pure delight. Very polite as well very professional. And he was great with my Rottweiler too. Because he told me that he had a couple Rottweiler’s. Or just one? I look forward in getting my quote so I can present it to my landlord.

Recently I dealt with Barrett on setting up an installation, and it was done with such ease and reasonable speed that addressed any & all of my concerns and questions. Matthew, my assigned technician, and his team are very capable, polite and efficient. They diagnosed my hvac unit and replaced the heat pump capacitor, all done in one visit. Reasonable pricing. The phone/email support team is also very helpful with scheduling, providing pricing estimate, and tracking the technician status during the appointment window. Live tracker of the technician’s car once they are en route is a nice feature! No complaints here, and with a working a/c once again :)

We hired Sun Glow to repair our Air Conditioner durning a heat wave. Sarah on the phone was very responsive and helpful. They were able to schedule service same day and they showed up when they said they would. Nathan the technician was very professional and efficient. He was conscientious and took extra precautions not to track dirt on the carpets, scuff the walls with ladders, tools, etc. The price was reasonable as well. I highly recommend Sun Glow. Request Nathan if you can!
