Roto Rooter Sewer & Plumbing Service

Our kitchen sink was stopped up for 2 days. We tried everything, finally called Roto-Rooter to come take a look. Dylan and Wade showed up In a timely manner and was very polite and professional, they had it fixed up and ready to go in no time. Great teamwork, Thank you.

We had the kitchen sink/drain clog over the weekend. To avoid a weeken service call we spent $150 and 3 days trying to fix the problem ourselves with no success. We called Dothan Roto Rooter on Monday and they came out the next day and cleared the drain in an hour and for less money than we spent trying to do it ourselves. The technician that came out to the house, Dillon, was super nice, polite, and knowledgeable. Thanks guys!!

Recently called Roto Rooter to have our septic system pumped out. From the initial phone call to the completion of the task, overall, a great bunch of folks to deal with. Scheduling was easy and questions answered. The two guys who came out to our home, Jason and I forget the other gentleman’s name, were polite and professional. Hardest part was digging up the hatches but they didn’t grip or complain. Price was right we’re I was quoted and they put the dirt back in place. I’ve dealt with companies in two different states for cleaning septic systems and Roto Rooter of Dothan are good guys and would not hesitate to use them again.

I called for what I thought was a leaky clean-cut drain but when Robert showed up 15 minutes after I called, he quickly told me it wasn't that but a broken pipe. Due to the weather, he couldn't fix it that day but explained everything to me, assured me it wasn't as bad as it sounded, & said he'd be back asap the next day. He was too!! Before 8:00! He was very professional, very nice, & the job was done quickly, neatly, & cost less than what we expected. Highly recommend Robert! We are very happy! Thank you Robert!
