Excellent company to do business with. Had to have a new water heater installed. Office was very helpful in scheduling an appointment to work with my schedule. Ray called me the morning of my appointment to let me know he was on his way. Upon arrival, Ray took the time to explain all the work that would be needed to be done and the features of my new Rheem hybrid water heater. Would definitely do business with them again.

Water main leak under driveway. They had a plan before starting, and worked very efficiently and were done a lot faster than I was expecting. And the estimate was accurate. I was really impressed and will call them again without hesitation if I need future repairs.

Andy was so efficient and completely took care of an unusual clog in my sewer line. I had already called another service, and they could not fix it. But when Andy showed up, he took care of it within literally 10 minutes. He spent the rest of the time ensuring that the blockage was clear and that I was good to go. He was kind and personable and told me everything about what he was seeing. I will absolutely go back to Fast AZ again.

I can’t say enough about this business. When getting home from work we discovered the Amazon driver had backed over a water pipe that sticks out of the ground causing water to spew out of the ground. After an hour of trying to fix ourselves there was no success. We called the emergency call out and Kayla was very professional. She explained prices of emergency call out and that she could get a technician out. In about 15 minutes Donald called and stated he would come look at the parts to get what he would need to go get the parts before everything closed. He arrived saw what he needed and in about 30 minutes Alan arrived and fixed the broken pipe and had water restored back to our home. Not only are they professional the team work used to make this happen in a short time was amazing. If looking for a professionally ran business for your plumbing needs this is the one you need to contact. This company is now our official go to for all our plumbing needs. Steven Rutledge came out fast to service our sink that was backed up. This isn’t the first time we’ve had to utilize Fast AZ, and I don’t see anytime in the near future where we won’t. Always great results from Donald and his team of Fast AZ. Even the after hours receptionist was great. Better service than other companies. Including companies I have worked for in the past.
