Vinson Plumbing & Electric

I’ve been doing business with Vinson Plumbing and electric for the past 3 years and I love this company. I’ve had probably everyone that works there one time or another been to one of my homes doing something. I can honestly say I have never been disappointed! They are all very professional, very nice and they get the job done! I’ve had big jobs to small jobs and everything in between and they’ve never disappointed! I highly recommend for all your electronic and plumbing needs!

When I called to ask for services I was greeted and easily scheduled an appointment. The technician, Rudy, was friendly and knowledgeable. He outlined the options and solutions, and when a course was set, he completed it very quickly and efficiently. I will always call Vinson for any other services need in the future. They’re Awesome!

Repair person showed up on time and performed the work correctly the first time. The repair was quick and did not disrupt others in the house. The repair person was courteous and explained the details of the work. Overall the work was of high quality and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

Tim was great! He quickly analyzed our needs and offered an appropriate solution. He worked quickly and efficiently. Tested all before leaving. He has helped us before and had a similar great experience! Highly recommended!! Addendum: Vinsons had scheduled a different person on the day before Tim’s visit. I had scheduled another contractor to meet Vinsons for that 730-830 time slot. The contractor showed and was here about 45 minutes then left. Finally at 930 I called Vinsons to see when they were coming. They said the guy wasn’t coming because part of the work was outside and it was supposed to rain (Weather app predicted rain at noon🙄). They had no explanation for not calling or texting! Ridiculous. 🤬. Said they were sorry and scheduled me for Tim today. “All’s well that ends well”

I’ve used them for years for my home and commercial building. They are without a doubt the best in town. They show up and give same day service and keep customers informed throughout the whole process. They are without a doubt a stable business for the city of Dothan and making sure their customers are taken care of like family.
