We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. I loved the website making appointments during the weekend to Evan from service giving us options. We had a good experience with Avery in sales and felt he was very patient and transparent. Jessica was very pleasant in the office and followed up before the technicians arrived. Bo and Jacob came to install the very next day and were very kind and professional. Really great experience from start to finish. We would recommend this company without hesitancy.

I had arrived at my home from work late last night and my air conditioner was only blowing hot air. I was pretty sure that the compressor on the external split unit was not pumping so we slept and very miserable 80° house all night long. Call Southeastern cooling at 7:00 a.m. when they opened and they happen to have a technician close by already working in the area came over diagnosed my system determinant to be the capacitors were failing. We recently had severe set of thunderstorms in our area that may have been why they were knocked out. He replaced the parts and had my AC working within 45 minutes. Technician was quick cordial pleasant to work with.
