There's never a good time to have your drain backed up. Never! But if it happens to you, the crew are Roto-Rooter are absolute pros. From the person who took my initial call to the technician who showed up at my house ready to help, they could not have been any nicer or prompt in getting down to business. The tech, a guy named Cameron, already had notes on a past issue at our place from several years ago. He jumped into action all while keeping the area clean and controlled. Ours happened to be a kitchen sink line that he cleared then tested multiple times to make sure the problem was solved. He did this with particular ease, all while being a fantastic conversationalist too. It felt like I had a life-long buddy helping me out. It was truly remarkable. Before he left I asked for a check on the floor drain in the laundry room... and after a quick assessment Cameron cleared that too, saving me the hassle of a service call somewhere out in the inconvenient future. When you come across such GREAT service like this it's really worth telling someone about. I'm grateful for the locally owned Roto-Rooter business for all their help.
