Mr Rooter sent out one of their best for my dad’s house. Brandonn H came out for an emergency visit on Sunday. He gave us a quote and broke it down several different ways. We picked the Best option that was right for us. Brandonn came back a couple days later and completed all repairs professionally, and in a timely matter. I would recommend them over and over again! Tyler was very courteous and prompt letting me know when to expect my plumber so I didn’t have to wait around for him all day. I had a water valve and toilet replaced. Brian was a great plumber! He was very friendly, knew how to do the job and left the area clean. He was also very quick and professional! Love my membership and the service I get from Mr Rooter!

Nick did an excellent job adding the needed expansion tank to our gas hot water tank that was required to pass city inspection. I would recommend him to others.

We had a "leaky" hose bib and called for help on Friday evening. Brian responded promptly and came out that night. He explained that the issue wasn’t just the outdoor spigot—it would require replacing an internal part and cutting into our ceiling drywall to access it. He didn’t have the part that night but said he could return Saturday morning. The original estimate was around $600. Unfortunately, with the spigot broken, we couldn’t leave the main water on without it spewing like a fire hydrant, so we had no running water in the house overnight. That was a major inconvenience. When Brian returned Saturday, the estimate increased to around $900. He cut a hole in our ceiling without putting down a drop cloth or taking any precautions, and he didn’t clean up afterward—leaving drywall dust and debris behind. That lack of care was frustrating. Even more disappointing was his dismissive attitude. While he spoke to my husband just fine, he barely acknowledged me when I asked questions or offered helpful information—like the fact that we had an identical working spigot on the other side of the house. He ignored me completely, which felt disrespectful and unprofessional. To top it all off, after the work was done and we had paid, he had the nerve to ask for a five-star review. Frankly, I felt the price was steep, even for an after-hours call, and the experience didn’t come close to five-star service.

I used Mr. Rooter to replace a kitchen faucet for me and they did exceptional work. Nick W. and Brian H. both took good care of me and made sure not only that the job was done, but that it was done right. Quality work can be hard to find but I definitely found it with them. Thanks guys!
