Each project that PrarieSons has completed in my home, I've been so pleased with their quality of work. I've never needed to call them back to refix any project, because PrairieSons fixes it the first time. Also their employees are extremely pleasant from the office workers to the plumbers. I highly recommend this company!

I had HVAC cleaning and some plumbing done in the same day, by two diff technicians. They called ahead to say they were on the way, and both were prompt, courteous, and professional. They both seemed to do a thorough job in a short amount of time. I was very pleased!

Would give a zero if it was possible. I Sat around all day today waiting for them to show up. I had an appointment on the books for weeks. Finally give them a call and they say they won’t be able to make it over today. I totally understand stuff happens but how bout give a person a courtesy call. I wasted my whole day. I don’t expect a lot but the fact that they can’t give you a call and let you know your service won’t happen today?!? That just shows they don’t give a damn about the customer. They had no intention to make it right either
