We had a great experience with Howe. They showed up promptly to fix our AC, which was a huge relief during the heatwave. Th technician was very communicative throughout the entire process, explaining what was going on and what needed to be done. Super helpful, professional, and efficient. I really appreciate the quick response and the quality of service. Highly recommend!

Receptionist was friendly and helpful. Jared was excellent. He was punctual and identified the issue with our A/C quickly. He also explained other recommended services thoroughly as well as offered their maintenance plans. Howe has trained some excellent employees from my experience. Not to mention they were able to make a same day appointment.

I've made a review on my account before Hannah A. So I'm using my fiance's. Chad H. Was excellent. I shared with him my problem of being quoted an insane price for a furnace at another company. He instantly said he could do better and jumped into action. I had my price quote and appointment set up with in an hour. He was extremely knowledgeable and I was very satisfied with the outcome. Jackson and Alex showed up on time to perform the replacement/install. I let them in and they went straight to work. They were kind, professional, respectful, and knowledgeable about what they were working on. They were in and out no mess, no stress. Over all a top tier customer service. Thank you!!!

We had a water fawcet leak. Had to turn off water and they came right away!!! They are all about customer service! He knew right away what was wrong. If I could I would give them 10 stars! Seth took care of us - ask for Seth! Also the receptionist was very helpful and friendly and understood that we it was urgent to get someone out here as quickly as possible.
