I was having issues with the sump pump working properly in my home which resulted in repeated flooding and some minor property damage as well as a fair bit of distress. Due to some frantic work on my part and use of an additional sump pump I was able to minimize the flooding and damage. I finally called Waterbury and they were able to figure out the issue immediately. They discovered the sump pump that was placed in my 2023 Empire built home was made in 2021 so guess what, there will be no warranty for this pump as it is too old. On top of that it was not the correct size for this home as it was too small and very easily overloaded. It's not likely the pump sat on the shelf in the builders warehouse for three years before they decided to see what happens and just use it on my new home as my plumber said they sit on shelves 3-4 months max before they are used. Yeah, read between the lines. So I got all that detail because the plumber knew his stuff and made sure to inform me. This is consistently the same experience every time I call, a well informed and experienced technician shows up. They have been consistently solving plumbing and HVAC issues for me since 2021 and I can't think of a single bad experience I have had with them. Once again thanks for your help it's was needed and appreciated!

The plumber was very nice, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer any of my questions without being rushed with me. I called about 5 other places and there was a long waiting period to where they got me scheduled for the next day. Plus they were more reasonably priced then most. If you need something done ASAP and priced reasonably then I recommend these guys!

We had AC stop working in one of the hottest weeks in early July this summer (2025) and Waterbury technician came out (Chelsea), told us we needed a new system and then shortly thereafter (3 days or so with 4th of July being in that period), we had one of the partners, Gary Black, come out and quote us a price on Best, better, good pricing for new furnace/AC, using COSTO program of rebate, discount. ( We had heard of COSTCO rebate program by neighbor, who heard it from Chelsea, technician). Gary even brought us a temporary floor based AC unit that immediately provided cooling relief. Our 32 year old furnace was working, but likely needed replacement soon. We went with Waterbury, solid reputation, installed our water heater 8 years ago quickly. We are happy with fast and efficient install on July 14, 2025, in time before we left for a week to the Black Hills. Highly recommend this company. Trustworthy. Still awaiting our final electrical inspection, as they are using electrical contractor for this part due to heavy volume with their own electricians. Also nice to know that super efficient HVAC we purchased will qualify for $600 federal tax credit on 2025 tax returns. The Costco rebate (we are members already) appears as credit loaded onto "Costco Shop Card" and very easy to use. This is electronic card, thus just show email and easy peasy redemption at check out line. We are happy with the system.

Troy came out to service our HVAC and did an amazing and thorough job with an odd problem we had with a short circuit. He went through all the possibilities, installed a new thermostat and gave us some tips and advice on the different units we had. I can’t thank him or Waterbury enough. Where other companies failed to fix the issue and wanted nothing but to sell us an entirely new unit, they actually cared about our issue. Customer service was excellent, fairly priced and Troy was even able to come out the same day I called. Thank you!
