Johnny deserves 10 stars!!! He wasn’t JUST professional, knowledgeable, and helpful but he was HUMAN. What I mean is, he was personable, likable, and empathetic to me when he had to give me some less than desirable fix-it news. He made me feel like a friend and not just a customer to get money out of. He showed me my options of fix-it’s and was very honest. He genuinely respected my decision, even though it didn’t make the company as much money if I had chosen the other option. Also, I have 2 cats and a dog. When service people come to my house I expect them to be professional and knowledgeable but also hope that they give a friendly vibe to my animals instead of making me feel bad that they want his attention or like they’re a nuisance to them. Johnny was as kind to my animals as he was to me. I think how a man treats a living thing, that cannot offer him any sort of personal gain, with kindness is a truly good hearted human. If you need HVAC service, request Johnny. You won’t be disappointed.

Had Joe out here to investigate a sewer smell. He did excellent detective work and we were able to narrow down a few possibilities. I feel very confident in his determination of the smell situation. He provided me with knowledge of my plumbing system and was transparent with the costs and explained the repair process in detail. Joe knows his stuff and I would highly recommend him and Comfort Heros for plumbing needs!
