Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Cam tried to clear the floor drain in our basement for 2 hours, but to no avail. He still did his absolute best as well as answering all our random plumbing questions, and did not charge us for a job unfinished. I’m extremely grateful he came out. We will definitely use Roto-rooter from now on.

In the past month I’ve had Roto Rooter out multiple times. Typical homeowner issues of once one thing goes it begins a cycle of everything goes. All the employees I’ve spoken to have been kind and courteous. From the front office (Jackie) to the technicians (shout out to Robert and David) it’s been a pleasant experience each time. Yes, you can probably find someone cheaper to do the job but I’m a firm believer in you get what you pay for. I would rather pay and know it’s done right the first time. They show up in the time frame given and get the job done quickly.

Charles was great. Personable, knowledgeable, and patient in explaining options and pricing quotes. He was efficient and fixed exactly what we needed for a reasonable cost.

David and John were very professional. I will 100% use them again if needed in the future and highly recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing help. Roto-rooter has exceptional service.
