Dauenhauer Plumbing Heating Air & Electric

I needed a bathroom vent replaced. I had had it with companies charging exuberant prices for services and was going to watch a YouTube video on it and do it myself. Unfortunately a few minutes in to it and I realized this is a bigger project than I can handle alone. I spent time looking at reviews when I found Dauenhauer. I gave them a call with the biggest financial knot in my stomach. But they are NOT like other companies. They were fast, efficient, and most importantly affordable!! I am so grateful for them, their friendly team, and the experience we had. I don't think I'll be using anyone else in the future.

Ben showed up at the time he said he would be there he waited patiently while I corrected an issue I was having. He didn't mind when the 6 yr old grandson sat near him in a chair watching his every move. He was kind and handled the situation in the time he stated it would be done. I am very please with this company and their service. Also reasonable pricing

My kitchen sink was clogged. I made an appointment the night before on line. Dauenhauer staff was very professional and let me know they could service my request within the time I had marked. Scott was my service person. He let me know when he was on his way by a phone call and sent a photo of himself so I could recognize him. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He made sure the drain was operational before he left and cleaned up well. Scott represented the company and himself very well. I will definitely use them again. Thank you for a positive experience!

Dauenhauer is always so reliable. We have used them for multiple requests. This time we needed our AC units checked to see if they were draining properly. I really appreciate that Dauenhauer always sends a text with the technician's photo who is on the way. Joshua did a thorough inspection and then took time to explain everything and provide very useful advice. All the people working for Dauenhauer are kind, knowledgeable, and care about doing good work.

Billy came and determined the problem with the pool pvc pipe I busted. Ran to Lowe’s and quickly repaired it. He was professional, kind and very efficient. Such a pleasant guy. Worked in the rain! The person who answered my call to schedule this service was also awesome! Very pleased with their service. Will definitely use again!
