This group is great at scheduling their people. It took 4 appointments to get our dryer vent fixed. Colby Davis was our last two appointments and he was great. We had an idea where the break was and he listened and fixed it. Had to cut a hole in the garage soffit to get to the break. Glad we got it fixed.

We bought a new unit about 2 years ago, and as it was a brand new unit we didn’t keep their monthly subscription service for maintenance. We had some issues recently and signed back up and called for a service check. The technician, who was fine and professional, came out, evaluated the problem and suggested a drain blow out. He said the total cost would be 450$ we felt like this was unusually high and felt like this was a little suspect/felt like a potential scam. I looked up comparable prices and found similar quotes for 50-250$ and immediately questioned the whole process. Ultimately due to our time commitments and heat coming up we felt like we needed to have the service completed. But the drain blowout took a total of 30 seconds to complete. Thankfully we spoke with the tech and he removed an additional service fee and brought the price down some, but he shouldn’t have had to do that. When prices are this high for something that took so little time to fix it feels very wrong. And felt very inappropriate for the level of work that was completed. The technician was totally fine but hamstrung by company pricing policy. Those prices really feel wrong and like we were getting taken advantage of.

The technician, David, was By far the HVAC Service experience I’ve ever had. And that’s saying a lot, as I’ve owned several rentals and commercial properties over the years. David listened and understood my concerns, he did a thorough system check up. He came back with several options to improve the system. What was the most impressive, was that he called me back an hour later because he called around to other senior technicians for more information For a better solution. It was very evident that he cared about his work and helping me out. Fayette heating and cooling has been very responsive to work with. Their technicians have always been prompt and professional. David happens to be a shining star on their staff. Highly recommend

OVERPRICED This was my first and last time calling Maestro H2O. The very quick diagnosis was a blockage in the standup pipe to my washer. The cost of repair was $459, with is ludicrous. I paid the techs the service fee and sent them on their way. Come to find out they left water in my washer machine. I had the same service done several months ago for half the price and there was no room for negotiation. The techs were fine, but the company is overcharging.
