Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Had an emergency plumbing issue and they were able to come out within 2 hours of my phone call. The two gentleman that came were very professional and knowledgeable and were able to resolve the issue in about an hour. They also offer a 90 day warranty for the service which is amazing. Great experience.

Matt our tech and Roto Rooter were amazing as always. We had a scheduling mishap this time with a computer glitch but they went out of their way to help correct it and fit us in the next day. It was very much appreciated since we dig the hole ourselves for the septic tank pump clean out and with our ducks and dogs its just not safe to keep a big hole in the yard w/ covered wood. Everyone was so nice and apologetic it just made things easier. Matt went out of his way to answer all my questions and had great ideas how how to keep the tank working correctly and even a way for us to not have to dig the hole each time if we added an extender pipe and lid. Thank you to everyone see you in another 2 years.
