Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

We just had our first experience with a flood in our home. We put in a call to Roto Rooter, first time ever, and we can’t say enough good about them. Our job required considerable demolition of walls and floors. Tony and Andrew worked their tails off during some of the hottest temperatures of the summer without any a/c. What initially seemed like a relatively small job kept growing as they tore things up and found more water damage. We are so thankful that they persisted until all signs of damage were removed. They were courteous, thorough, careful, organized, communicative and trustworthy. The cleanup each day was also excellent. Meanwhile, Chad took care of a lot of the communications with our insurance company taking much of that fearful burden off of us. He was always available for answering questions or resolving problems, both for us and our insurance company. The plumber who took care of the source of the problem, Joel, was prompt and thorough and just a real nice person. It took more than one visit to resolve the issue but Roto Rooter honored their guarantee and did not charge us for returning. We want to thank the whole team for making what could have been a nightmare more of a reassuring journey through a pretty damaging event. We can confidently give them an A+ recommendation.

They did a wonderful job. Went right to the source after 3 other companies never took care of the job. I am out of $2000 for bad plumbing services. Thanks for giving me good tips on how to maintain my drains and thanks for taking care of me. We definitely would referr using this company.

Friendly service! Quick , efficient service and didn’t have to wait forever on a technician to come inspect what was going on. They even called a week later to make sure things were still going well. 10/10 will continue to recommend this company over & over again !

I needed my sewer line cleaned out immediately. After calling 3 other places there was no availability. I then called Roto Rooter and was greeted by a very friendly person who stated they had availability and could send a person right out. Approximately 30 minutes later the truck pulled into my driveway and Trae introduced himself he asked me a few questions and started fixing my issue. After about 45 minutes he asked me to flush and turn on the shower. Presto everything was working as normal. We are always quick to write bad reviews, but this time I want to brag about the fantastic service I received from start to finish. Trae answered all my questions and was very respectable. I am sorry that I dd not get the name of the person who scheduled me but I was in a panic and after he said he could help that was my immediate concern. THANK YOU ROTO ROOTER FOR BEING A GREAT ASSET TO FORT WAYNE AREA. I WILL ALWAYS CALL YOU FOR MY NEEDS.

I am very pleased with the work. That I received from both plumbing and restoration. I will recommend them to anyone and I will definitely use them again. They were honest with me from the beginning. Unlike another company that came before them and made the situation worse.
