Tyler V was great! Went through everything I had questions on and was super helpful. Also! We have 3 dogs and he was great with them! Gave them all a treat and made them feel comfortable with a stranger in the house. Great customer service

Jonathan Weisman called me back within 30 minutes of reporting the problem to dispatch. As discussed, he showed up within 20min. He was very professional, and presentable. His confidence put us at ease. Considering this was a Sunday afternoon, the on spot quote was high. He worked with his supervisor and helped us negotiate a reasonable price. Jarrett with Summers was quick and efficient at his job! Was called due to my condensate pump not working properly and he was able to replace it on the spot after recognizing the motor was bad. He also checked out the furnace and AC unit to make sure they were working properly as well! Very knowledgeable on what he was doing. He also did a great job at explaining things to me so I had a better understanding.
