James did an amazing job. First we thought it was a tub drain that was bad. It was going to be pricey to fix, but he didn't leave until he had exhausted all possibilities and eventually found that it was just a loose showerhead that went unnoticed. The shower head was leaking so bad it was dumping more water into the wall column than it was out the shower head. Plus the show handle casing wasn't tight enough and it was letting more water behind it. Great service and professionalism. Went from a $1200 fix to $120 flat rate fee.

Michael was friendly. However, I don't feel Kitten upheld their advertisement. An inspection was to be done only if I agreed to a membership and nowhere on the Korte flyer does it represent that understanding. Very disappointed in Korte and will look to take my business elsewhere. Update: A rep from Korte called two days after the review. The gentleman was apologetic for the misunderstanding and sent the service tech back out the next day after his contact. The tech was superb and Korte ended up honoring the promotion.

Response time was amazing! Thomas did a great job of diagnosing the problem and fixing it in a timely manner. He was very thorough and cleaned up the area when he finished the job. I was really impressed that he cleaned up the area!! I'm pleased I called Korte for my plumbing repair!! I would definitely recommend them to other people. Thanks Thomas!

We have geothermal and it’s set up is a bit unusual. Our geothermal has had some challenges lately. Nathan has been working diligently digging into it and finding the root cause(s). Nathan did an amazing job and didn’t give up until he found solutions to correct the issue(s). He was professional, friendly, very courteous, explained what he was going to do and made sure we were in agreement with it. Nathan went above and beyond!! We were very pleased overall with his performance and would have him back anytime!

Sam, my electrician was fantastic. Very professional and he fixed my issue within 90 minutes! The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is the tech missed the arrival window. I understand that happens and previous jobs can take longer than expected so no fault of him, the issue is that no one from Korte contacted me to inform me that my tech would miss the arrival window. I ultimately called Korte to confirm that I was still going to be visited and that they would be arriving after the original time. But I wish Korte would have contacted me when it was a realization that my tech would miss the arrival window and to reassure me that I was still on the schedule. All in all, I was very happy with Korte! Would recommend!
