Great service that really saved my hide. We had the AC go out the day for we were hosting a grad party. I called a lot of places and most were terrible call centers with unmotivated people answering. Mr. Quik answer right away happy and cheerful and were able to come fix the unit sooner and faster than anyone else. We just had a follow up inspection a few months later and the same friendly repair man came out and helped check out our system. They are friendly, offer more services, but are not too pushy when offering them. Which is very refreshing and really makes me consider the additional options they provide. Good people and good work.

Cory came out within minutes of my scheduled timeframe which I really appreciated! He was very informative & kind during his time at my home. Even though he wasn’t able to get my drain unclogged due to tree roots, he explained our next steps and helped me get my next appointment scheduled. I truly appreciate his friendliness & wanting to go the extra mile! Great customer service! 10/10 recommend! Cory had to come out again, the next day because of how badly our drains were clogged, with a new machine. He went above and beyond and even ran it through twice to make sure our water was flowing like it should be! If you live in town mooresville, he’s your guy!

Overall I am satisfied with the work done because it was fast and met our insulation replacement needs. However, the first team that installed new ductwork did not install one hose correctly and if not for Bradley being honest with me about the failure, I might not have known. He repaired the issue correctly, though I still had to insist that it was done with the correct size fitting rather than a smaller one, which his manager told him would be "fine". We paid thousands of dollars for this fix and it should be perfect, not "fine". He went above and beyond to satisfy my request and give me the product I agreed to pay for. I am thankful for his work ethic and that of Gavin, his teammate. The management of Mister Quik should focus on balancing speed with quality. Not everyone will double check this type of work in attics and it could hurt less capable buyers who need to trust that work is being done right the first time.

I had a great experience with Mr. Quik for electrical service. I received two quotes that were fair and within expectations, and the technician quickly repaired a GFI outlet in my garage. The repair was done efficiently, and the service overall was excellent. The team showed great hospitality, and I felt well taken care of. Highly recommend them for reliable and professional electrical work!
