We had exceptional service today! Both Cody and Drew were very respectful and super helpful. They were not out to try and sell me something super expensive or anything I didn’t need. Cody and Drew were very transparent with my options. They both educated us and gave us the “why” when discussing which option would be my best while not breaking the bank. I appreciate this kind of customer service and am happy that I have signed up as a member going forward along with a complete new heating and cooling system! Thanks again Cody and Drew!

I needed a split screen and was sold a 10,000 unit. After researching the unit I realized it was an exorbitant cost. Pair that with the fact that the service experts spent over eight hours in my home and could not figure it out. With due respect to them, they did the best that they could. They called their manager and he came and was able to make the unit work. At that point, I said I didn’t want it because of the cost and the fact that if it needed servicing, who would know my unit and would able to service it I should never have been sold a unit that the technicians were not familiar with. Fast forward I’ve made three calls because the fan will not turn off. No one has responded. I also would like it to go lower than 67° and I needed mounted on my wall. I was able to negotiate a less expensive rate and wonder if this is the reason that I’m not getting proper service I have been a customer for years and have never experienced anything like this. I will add that a week ago, Thursday I was told that the technician would look into it and get back with me however that has not happened. Yesterday I received a voicemail saying that they would be in a meeting for the next few hours and they will get back to me. That never happened.

Fixed my air conditioner in about 1.5 hours. Never tried to scam me. The price was good. Cody and Andrew were super nice, personable, knowledgeable and never talked down to me or made me feel dumb. They let me know when they were on there way and I didn't have to wait all day. I will definitely be using Rolf Griffin again.

Great service as always! Joel/plumber, spent time explaining options for hot water heater. We have had Joel before, he's thorough, kind and knowledgeable; great person! Our service technicians, Matt Berg and Will were patient at explaining how to optimize our unit, our questions and concerns were patiently dealt with and they took care to what needed done. Great job by all, thank you!

Our a/c unit went out on a Friday morning, and Drew came right out by Friday night at 9pm, which we appreciated with how hot it was outside and quickly become inside. He owned the project and kept in good communication for when our parts would be in. He was respectful of the house and space, trouble shot and ensured the problem was completely fixed before he left. Was overall extremely please with our experience with Drew!
