Had Home Comfort Experts out to replace a sink faucet along with bathtub fixtures and drain covers/drain. Original plumber did a good gob on all but the drain. I supplied all the fixtures and drain options. He told me he wasn’t able to change the drain due to it involving going under the house and replacing the drain. He installed the drain cover and had originally had an overflow cover without a lever, which meant the drain plug wouldn’t work. I called this out and the first plumber went out to his truck to get the parts that he didn’t use, but I supplied, to get overflow cover with lever. He proceeded to install and said it was good. After he left and giving some drying time for silicone I tested it and found out it didn’t work. I had to call in and complain and had to reschedule and requested a different plumper (don’t want to work with a plumper that is not upfront and honest). This review is for the second plumber Dan. He showed up and looked into the issue and came up with the solution. I felt he was honest and upfront with me. The repair did cost me more as they found that the drain had been leaking and needed to be replaced and the drain I purchased wasn’t the correct size. I felt they were very fair on the price based on having more work to fix it. Honestly and being upfront is very important to me. A big thank you to Dan and his assistant!

I’m starting to finish. The experience was not only professional but easy and given the circumstances enjoyable. Our technician was prompting his arrival on Sunday. Explained his plan and returned on the following day to complete the work. With a smile, even though it was late in the evening and most likely an extremely long day for him. He was accompanied by an apprentice, who was also kind of considerate of our home and property. Will use a comb comfort expert before and will continue to do so as they’ve never disappointed us.

Our air conditioner required a temporary fix until the new unit was installed the same week. We were only without the comfort of air a few hours. The technicians replaced the old unit and thermostat today ~ very professional , friendly and efficient and explained everything. It is up and running great. I’m extremely happy with Home Comfort; am a club member and enjoy many of the discounts. Cleaning the ducts is their next project. Would highly recommend Home Comfort Experts.

Home comfort experts were great from beginning to end. We wanted to ensure our AC was working properly. I called on Thursday and they were able to schedule a tech to arrive the following Tuesday. Brendan was communicative prior to the appointment allowing me plenty of time to reschedule a meeting I had around his arrival time. We talked through the issue and he provided me the upfront cost. Once the diagnostic was completed he shared his findings and what he did to help alleviate the strain on the AC unit. Update: I’ve also had Tyler for a spring cleaning & Dave for a full duct cleaning. Both were communicative and very knowledgeable.
