Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Called in for service on a Sunday of a holiday weekend. I had a call back in a timely manner. Andrew showed up in the expected time frame. Andrew was professional and personable. He worked with me to survey the system to find the least disruptive approach to my clogged sewer drainage. Once he cleared the clog he then worked with me making sure all water flowed freely. I would be happy to have him come out again if needed.

We had an issue with critters in our sump pump. I called and they sent Andrew out first thing the next morning. He cleaned everything out, replaced our sump pump and went the extra mile to help us see how they may be getting in. Andrew was kind, helpful and knowledgeable! Grateful for the quick response and professional service!

Kitchen sink was plugged after dinner on Monday night, both sides, garbage disposal, dishwasher. After spending two hours going through the multiple steps on my end to clear it, no luck. Called the next morning, and they sent a tech out within 30 minutes. Andrew came out. He was prompt, and diagnosed the problem within minutes. He was very professional, but also fun and engaging.
