Dave was awesome! Has a great sense of humor. Called to let me know he was on the way. Dave was professional, polite, and personable. Was in and out in minutes and my shower drain works great! What a relief!! Especially since I had a total no show/no call from another plumbing company. Thanks Dave!!

Emergency hero! Huge thanks to Roto-Rooter and especially to Jonathon, who came out on an emergency call when my own botched repair left us (and our neighbors) without water. He showed up quickly, diagnosed the issue without judgment, and got the water flowing again in no time. Beyond just the fix, Jonathan walked me through what went wrong and explained what he thought would be the best options for replacements, rather than repair. He was professional, patient, and clearly knew his stuff. I genuinely learned a ton in the process.
